Pan Delta Super Racing Festival has brought Touring Car, Formula Car and Motorcycle racing together, becoming one of the only two events in the world holding three kinds of races in a single racing weekend. Highly tuned Subarus, Mitsubishis, Nissans, Hondas, Peugeots; race ready Porsches, Formula BMWs, a line-up of Superbikes including Yamaha, Honda, Ducati, Suzuki, will gather once again to drum up your motorsport passion.
TOP racers, Joao FERNANDES (Suzuki Gsxr 1,000cc) and Nick WINTHROPE (Kawasaki Zx10r) highlighted PAN DELTA Racing festival in ZUHAI, with Joao racing a bike with unique French Tiger paint scheme. Once again, the team reached the podium, bringing a total of 5 podiums on the clock in the International South-Chinese championship.
After the race, Joao FERNANDES declares: “I’m happy to have so many friends joining the team for the last round of Pan Delta 2010. The overall results for our 1st season with TEAM OF PARIS are on-line with our plan, with 3 podiums in Supersport 600cc class and 2 in Superbike Class1, thanks to Nick WINTHROPE for the hand. Of course, I could have focus on the single SPP 600cc championship, but when we learned last June that the SuperSport class will be banned from Macau Grand Prix, we decided to change our plan and use the last 2 rounds of Pan Delta to prepare ourselves for Macau Moto Grand Prix in the liter class.
During the race, the weather was so hot -up to 37 degrees- that few racers crashed because the tires can’t stand the high temperature of the track. My front tire was totally destroyed after the 2nd round, but overall, our new SUZUKI 1,000cc performs wonder and we are now ready for the coming Macau race. I can’t wait 20th of November for my second trial in Superbike on the Guia track. I’d like to thanks our sponsors for their continuous support in Pan Delta and Macau Grand Prix, especially: Macau foundation, BNU and Le Ceasar”
Team owner, Olivier PIERSON adds: "2010 was our 1st season in Pan Delta racing festival, the 2nd championship in Asia we are engaged in, with the Thailand SBK series where French champion Thierry PERENON is representing the team. I have to confess we are still in the learning curve in both countries, but we are learning very fast, maybe two times faster than the other teams. Beside the Asian championships, we are also supporting French Road racer Fabrice MIGUET on a SBK-Team Of Paris bike in mythic races in Europe: Isle Of Man T/T, North West 200, Ulster GP in UK, and recently, the1st edition of 99 curves in Argentina and Kyvovski Okruh in Czek Republic - 2 races from another world, according to Fabrice.
With more than 14 podiums for 20 races cumulated for Joao FERNANDES, Nick WINTHROPE, Thierry PERENON and Fabrice MIGUET, I think we proved to our sponsors and supporters that we are doing a good job all around the planet, while keeping the same racing values as in our debut in Macau in 2005. We are now working on 2011 seasons with our sponsors, and preparing the last races to come: the 5th round of Thailand championship, 30-31st Oct. and of course, Macau Moto Grand Prix, 19-20th Nov. where we will celebrate our 5th anniversary and 6th participation on Guia track with guests racers: Michael RUTTER, Martin JESSOP and Anthony DOS SANTOS”.

On Nov. the 5 to 7th, 2 weeks before Macau Grand Prix, ZHUHAI INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT will host the Iintercontinental LE MANS’ CUP for the last round of the famous Endurance championship.
Olivier PIERSON declared:”The visit of my compatriot M. Remy BROUARD is a great honor for our team. Since we are representing France in Asia, as well as representing Asia in the rest of the world, it’s a kind of ‘East Meet West’ recognition. We wished a great success of Le Mans Series in China and hope it can interact actively with the Asian and Macau racing communities in a near future”.
